Jay Nigrini
Jay Nigrini is a lifelong resident of Berks County. After graduating from Wilson High School, he earned a full athletic scholarship to attend Syracuse University. Upon earning his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, Mr. Nigrini earned his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of law.
Mr. Nigrini began his legal career in the Berk’s County District Attorney’s Office. After prosecuting hundreds of cases, he joined the Law Office of Allan Sodomsky. For the past seven years, Mr. Nigrini has represented hundreds of individuals accused of various criminal charges.
Mr. Nigrini is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Nigrini is qualified under Pennsylvania Rule of Criminal Procedure to handle death penalty cases. He is also a past president of the Berks County Young Lawyers Division.
